Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Win for Nature Pty Ltd (ABN 43 669 481 645) of Australia ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

This promotion commences at the date and time it is first promoted by the Promoter ("Promotion Start Time") and closes when the 100th new Eligible Entrant successfully becomes an active, paying member of Win for Nature after the Promotion Start Time ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees and contractors of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. Who Can Enter

Eligible Entrants include:

• All individuals who are active, paying members of Win for Nature at the Promotion Start Time, who will be automatically entered into the draw and allocated entries based on their Membership tier in accordance with clause 5; and
• The next 100 individuals who successfully become active, paying members of Win for Nature after the Promotion Start Time, who will be allocated entries based on their Membership tier in accordance with clause 5,

provided that all Eligible Entrants meet the eligibility requirements and remain active, paying members at the time the Promotion Period closes and the draw is conducted.

5. How to Enter

Entry is automatic. No additional action is required.

Entries are allocated based on the Eligible Entrant's active Membership tier at the time the Promotion Period closes:

• $10 per month membership → 1 entry
• $30 per month membership → 3 entries
• $50 per month membership → 5 entries
• $100 per month membership → 10 entries

Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, any member who is not an active, paying member at the time the Promotion Period closes will forfeit all entries and will not be included in the draw.

6. Total Entries and Odds

The total number of entries will depend on the number of Eligible Entrants and the Membership tiers held at the close of the Promotion Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize

The prize is $1,000 AUD cash, paid by electronic bank transfer to the winner.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

Any ancillary costs associated with receiving the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Draw Details

The draw will take place at 6:00pm Melbourne time (AEST or AEDT, as applicable) on the first business Monday following the date on which the 100th new Eligible Entrant successfully becomes an active, paying member.

If that Monday is not a business day, the draw will take place at 6:00pm on the next business day.

The draw will be conducted using a random number generator from all valid entries.

The draw may be conducted live on Instagram for transparency.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified as soon as practicable after the draw using the contact details associated with their membership.

10. Publication of Results

The winner's first name, the initial of their surname, and state will be published on the Promoter's website at www.winfornature.au.

The Promoter may also announce the winner via social media channels.

11. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within 28 business days of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 6:00pm Melbourne time on the next business day after the unclaimed prize period ends, using the same draw method.

The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified and published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and used for the purpose of conducting the promotion and administering memberships.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.

14. Relationship to Membership Terms

These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Win for Nature Membership Terms and Conditions available at www.winfornature.au/membership-terms.

If there is any inconsistency between these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the Membership Terms and Conditions, these Promotional Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

15. General

This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
